Very friendly, beer garden has nice vibes, food is good.
Arrived on Christmas day and although the restaurant only open for pre booked lunch they were able to provide a nice basic plate of food. Rooms are perhaps a little dated yet adequate for location. Stayed a second night on my return trip and had a great meal in the restaurant. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The only disappointing aspect was that when I went to settle my bill I was being charged a higher rate than quoted over the phone when placing booking. The girl agreed on the price I was quoted and this was appreciated, but it is a shame this does seems to be a pattern with outback accommodation. Lesson to be learned is obtain prices in email confirmation. ....
